TIG/Stick Welders
Job Responsibilities
Perform welding using Stick (SMAW / 111) and TIG (GTAW / 141) processes
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications
• Prepare, clean, fit, and align materials before welding
• Weld steel structures and components according to project requirements
• Work confidently in different welding positions
• Inspect completed welds and maintain required quality standards
• Follow all site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Stick / TIG Welder
• Strong practical skills in 111 and 141 welding processes
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with industrial, structural, shipbuilding, or fabrication projects
• Good knowledge of welding techniques and material preparation
• Ability to pass a practical welding skill test
• Valid welding certificates will be considered an advantage
