All content, designs, drawings, concepts, calculations, reports, documents, graphics, logos, images, and materials produced by Latasia Infratech remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business, technical, financial, commercial, and project-related information exchanged during the course of any engagement.

This obligation shall continue after the completion or termination of any business relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Latasia Infratech shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Delays caused by third parties
• Regulatory approvals or permit outcomes
• Circumstances beyond its reasonable control

The Company's total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

• Labour disputes
• Supply chain disruptions
• Utility failures
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Civil unrest or war

Project timelines shall be reasonably extended to accommodate such events.

Latasia Infratech may engage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, engineers, logistics providers, and other third parties as required.

While reasonable care is taken in selecting partners, the Company shall not be responsible for independent actions or omissions of third-party providers beyond its legal obligations.
